Passed Hors d'oeuvres
Goat cheese tarts with sundried tomato and pine nut pesto
Pecan chicken bites
Caprese skewers with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and a balsamic drizzle

Chef carved beef tenderloin
Served over boursin mashed potatoes with warm asparagus and tomato salad.
Garnished with won-ton crisp and drizzled with balsamic reduction.
Stuffed portobellos with fresh spinach, carrots, and parmesan. Served over mashed potatoes.

Gourmet garlic cheddar grits topped with spiced shrimp in tasso gravy.
