Dig into drama.

Join us for a six-week session investigating the dramatic monologues and scenes from Shakespeare’s canon. We will focus on verse, emotional vulnerability, voice techniques, and rhetoric through group exercises and individual instruction. Whether you are a seasoned performer or new to Shakespeare, we will challenge you, inspire new thinking, and help you move closer to your performance goals.

This course is taught by Director of Education and Outreach Sarah Hankins, who brings over 20 years of experience as a professional actor, director, and teacher. Sarah’s recent work with TSC includes directing Saint Joan, Romeo and Juliet, and Macbeth.

Classes will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesdays beginning on August 19, 2025, through September 23. Registration for this six-week session is $150.
